Yes. Day 2 in the books.
Last night I made a quick decision to go to a new yoga studio in town. I’ve been wanting to try out the place, and they have a Monday night yoga class. With it being the last day of the kids’ spring break, I had been home instead of at work, so I decided to try it out. I figured it would be a nice relaxing way to end the day.
My arms and abs are still sore. It was tough. It was awesome. And yes, also relaxing.
I completed Day 2 of the CD Challenge today with a quick-ish 2.5 miles on Betty. Quick-ish: meaning not incredibly fast but relatively short.
Glad it’s done, because now I am actually going to get out my laptop and do some work. Being on vacation is great until you have to go back to work. 😦
